I recently worked with John Findlay and Paul O’Sullivan to lease my RAV4. This is only my second car, but my family has bought several vehicles from Sullivan Brothers throughout the years, and for good reason. John and Paul were both extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and ensured I got exactly what I was looking for in my car while keeping everything within my budget. Even when I decided to switch to a hybrid model, they were very flexible and accommodating. We just bought a 2025 Land Cruiser from Sullivan Brothers, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience—especially thanks to John. He was nothing short of spectacular! One of the funniest people I’ve talked to in a long time, and he made the whole process easy and genuinely enjoyable. Being young and not having much experience buying cars, the whole process could’ve easily felt overwhelming. But John never came off as pushy or like he was just trying to close a deal. It honestly felt more like buying a car from a longtime family friend. He made sure we felt comfortable, informed, and excited the whole way through. Oh—we got a couple of awesome t-shirts, so you know it was a good deal. If you’re in the market for a car, I highly recommend going to Sullivan Brothers—and definitely ask for John!

Great experience from start to finish! I was in the market for a reliable, lightly used SUV for my family, and stopped by Sullivan Brothers Toyota on a whim. I was immediately greeted by my wonderful sales person, John Faucett! He quickly brought around a 2022 Honda Pilot I had seen online for a test drive. John was friendly, very knowledgeable, and answered every question and concern I had with a straight answer. We had a fantastic experience. Darren Andrew’s, (our salesperson) was great. He made us comfortable, respected our time, thoroughly explained the process of credit approval, and when we left with the new 4Runner he went over every feature and how to set everything. He even paired our phones to the SUV and linked Apple car play, Amazon music, slacker, etc. We have never had a more pleasant experience in buying a vehicle. 🚗

I had an exceptional experience on Friday 3/28/25. I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years going back to the old facility. Still so many of the same service advisors and technicians! It’s like visiting family! The newest addition is Seana. What a breath of fresh air she is! And she knows her stuff, having worked as a technician prior to her service advisor role. I always make myself at home in the comfortable waiting area. Including, if necessary, a quiet room. There’s a kid’s room too. And a mesmerizing fish tank. With the care given to my 2017 RAV4, I’ll be driving it for years to come!

I had an amazing experience at Sullivan Brothers, and I couldn't be happier with my new car. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I understood why my boyfriend had highly recommended Darren—he worked with him back in 2020. We came in to browse on a Saturday, and Darren was the perfect guide throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient, understanding, and well-informed about what Toyota had to offer: making sure we found the perfect fit for my needs and understood what we could expect from each trim level. Despite the universal challenges of low inventory and manufacturing delays, Darren and the entire Sullivan Brothers team worked to make everything as smooth as possible - including getting my 2018 Honda trade-in squared away (and for a fair price). Darren was able to get my new car a few days earlier than expected—an extra special touch that made our week a bit smoother. Now, I'm the proud owner of a brand-new Rav-4 (the same car that my boyfriend had purchased in 2020 and that I fell in love with driving).
