This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had shopping for a car. This dealership is completely dishonest and it would absolutely be worth your while to drive to Hanover or Dorchester to buy your Toyota!! Paul tried to upsell the car by $4,000 and when I called him on that the price of the exact car I was looking at was $4k cheaper on line, he got squirrelly and called it “market value increase adjustment”. Totally wrong. This dealership is why dealerships have such a bad name. We ended up buying our car from Dorchester Toyota and had a great experience and paid $8,000 cheaper for a nicer version of the car we were originally looking at at Sullivan.
